What information do you require from me?

To ensure there is no confusion, once you have made your purchase, either online or in-store, we ask that you have the following details to hand - The product name, the article number and colour (if appropriate). That way, when we collect your item, we can make sure what we deliver is exactly what you paid for! Furniture collection in London you can rely on!

What happens if I can`t assemble the product myself?

Self-assembly furniture can be notoriously tricky and not everyone is a carpenter in the making. Have no fear! A dedicated team of specialists, experienced in flat-pack assembly in London, will have your newly purchased items at showroom standard in no time!

What if the product I want is out of stock?

IKEA readily stocks around 10,000 separate products and their availability can depend of popularity and store size. There are currently four large IKEA outlets in Greater London from which we deliver. Should your desired product not be housed in one, the specialist delivery can just as easily deliver from any one of the other IKEA stores in the capital - giving you a better chance of finding what you want!

What if I`m unhappy with the product?

We`ve all done it - something might look great in the store, but just doesn`t seem to fit when it`s taken home. Not a problem - our collection and delivery service goes both ways! Should you be unhappy with any of your purchases, we are happy to return the item for you, providing it is an unused condition, within it`s original packaging and is accompanied by the receipt.
